Converted Milking Parlour

This beautiful Industrial style conversion of a milking parlour offers the clients an efficient, spacious, light home with separate rooms for the children, farm office, boot room and kennels. The conversion was created by Sellick & Saxton who commissioned The Artisan Painter to paint the entire conversion.

The main feature is the double height space with industrial metal trusses, lit from above by roof lights. The main space is open plan and accommodates the kitchen, living and dining rooms plus an open tread staircase. The client was fully involved from the beginning of the process and sourced many items including a recycled kitchen, floor boards and doors which have enhanced the property.

Shortlisted for LABC Awards 2017 – ‘Best Change of Use of an Existing Building or Conversion’ category.
